Contact Cloud Cert Notes
We read every message sent through this form. The two things we most want to hear about are corrections and requests. If a notes page states something the official documentation contradicts, tell us which page and what the documentation says — verified corrections are made quickly, because a study aid that teaches a wrong fact is worse than no study aid at all. If you are preparing for an exam we do not yet cover, or a topic inside a covered exam that you found thin, tell us that too: the writing queue is ordered by reader requests more than by our own preferences.
Please do not send exam questions from real exams, requests for dumps, or offers to sell either — we do not publish real exam content and we do not reply to those messages. For anything about a certification itself — booking, results, recertification, accommodations — contact the certification provider directly; we are a study aid, not part of any provider's organisation, and we cannot see or change your exam records.
Write in whatever language you study in; we reply in English. We aim to answer within a few working days, and correction reports are prioritised over general questions. Your name and email are used only to reply to you, as described in our privacy policy. Fields marked with an asterisk are required; the form will not send if the hidden anti-spam field is filled in, which is how we keep the inbox usable without asking you to solve puzzles.
A good correction report is short and specific: the page address, the sentence you believe is wrong, and what the official documentation says instead — a link to the documentation page helps us verify in minutes rather than days. Topic requests work best the same way: name the exam and the service or concept, and tell us what you were trying to learn when you found the gap. Messages are handled by the editorial team itself, not a support desk, so replies come from the people who write and check the notes. If you do not hear back within a week, your message may have been caught by the anti-spam check described above; check that the hidden field stayed empty and send it again.
Students sometimes ask whether we offer tutoring, courses or one-to-one help. We do not — Cloud Cert Notes is a free notes library, and everything we publish is on the site for everyone. If you need structured teaching, the providers' own learning platforms are the right place to look, and our notes are designed to sit alongside them as the revision layer. What we can do, happily and at length, is fix a wrong fact, deepen a thin page, or add the comparison you could not find anywhere else.
